POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that all orders placed on EvocateurStyle.com or over the phone acknowledge the agreement and acceptance of our Policies, Terms and Conditions listed on this page.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

ITEM AVAILABILITY:

ÉVOCATEUR Jewelry and Accessories are individually hand made-to-order and can take up to 10 business days to fabricate (this excludes shipping time). Should there be any delay to this estimate (e.g. during peak gift-giving times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), you will be promptly informed of a more accurate time estimate.  If you require an item urgently, please do not hesitate to call or email us. We may be able to accommodate rush orders on some items (subject to additional charges).

Our Very Vintage line features one-of-a-kind pieces.  These are available immediately and will usually be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.  Please know that there may be a delay in the time a Very Vintage item becomes unavailable (i.e. is sold) and when it is listed as sold.  If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible that the piece ordered is no longer available. 

RETURN POLICY:

EvocateurStyle.com will accept items for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase.  The item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email.  We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

All Very Vintage one-of-a-kind Jewelry is considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any reason.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

  • Email info@EvocateurStyle.com to obtain a Return Authorization (“RA”) Form and number.
  • Send your item with all the original packing materials, unworn and in resaleable condition. Include the RA form in the box and send with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.  ÉVOCATEUR is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Write the RA # on the form and on the outside of the shipping box.  Please do not write jewelry or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

  • Send your package to: ÉVOCATEUR, 30 Osborne Avenue, East Norwalk, CT 06855 

  • An in-store credit or exchange will be issued within 10 days of receiving your return.

A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.

Please note that all pierced earrings are final sale due to hygiene laws.

SHIPPING POLICY:

EvocateurStyle.com offers shipping via FedEx Ground. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship anywhere in the continental US for a flat rate of $12.95.  For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international locations (including Canada), please email Info@EvocateurStyle.com with your exact address and we will email or call you with the cost of shipping.  

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY AND TO CANADA

ALL ORDERS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY AND TO CANADA ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES BASED ON THE END COUNTRY'S TAXES, TARIFFS AND DUTIES. THESE FEES ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH  AND ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER UPON DELIVERY.

Expedited Shipping: We offer 2 day expedited shipping anywhere in the continental US. There is an additional charge for this service.  Please email us at Info@EvocateurStyle.com for these charges.

REPAIR POLICY:

We will repair any design purchased through EvocateurStyle.com. Please email info@EvocateurStyle.com for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number, order id number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

If your item has been manufactured within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than one year, you will be charged $25.95 for the repair and return shipping. Any item that needs to be re-gilded or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

ANOTHER RETAILER

Please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your repair.
